For the safety and security of our young patrons:
- Children under six years old must be directly supervised by
a caregiver 14 years of age or older.
- Children six to ten years old must be accompanied by a caregiver,
14 years of age or older, in the building.
Mother Goose on the Loose!
Babies and children under 2
This program is designed for babies and children under the age of 2. Mother Goose on the Loose incorporates books, rhymes, fingerplays, flannelboard stories, music and dance. Adults and children will sit on the floor. Please advise the staff if your child has special needs. Pre-registration is required.

Toddler Time
2 - 3 yrs
This program is designed for 2 to 3-year-olds. We plan to have a wonderful and relaxed time with you
and your toddler (each child must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver). Each session is 30 minutes or less.
Activities include songs, books, finger plays and movement. Adults and children will sit on the floor. Please let the Youth staff know in advance if you or your toddler have any special needs.

Toddler and Tagalongs
2 - 3 yrs
This program is designed for 2 to 3 years old and younger siblings. Children are to be accompanied by a parent or caregiver--No exceptions. Sessions last 30 minutes or less. Activities may include songs, books, finger plays, movement and lots of fun. Activities will be held on the floor. Please advise the Youth staff if you have any special needs.

Preschool Storytimes
4 - 6 yrs
Preschool Storytimes are designed for children age 4 to 6 years
old. Activities, in addition to stories, often include games, crafts,
songs, movies, and snacks. Attendance is limited to 15 children.
Storytimes are held monthly in the Breeden
Youth Activity Center. Children are sometimes asked to
bring a craft item or recipe ingredient. Ingredients and craft items
will be assigned during reminder phone calls. Storytime lasts approximately
45 minutes to an hour. Parents or caregivers need not stay with
a child during the program, but must stay in the Library.

Afterschool Storytimes
1st grade+
Afterschool Storytimes are for students first grade and older.
There is a session limit of 16 students. In addition to stories,
sessions may include crafts, games, songs, movies and snacks. Afterschool
Storytimes are held monthly at 4pm in the Breeden
Youth Activity Center. Students are often asked to bring
a craft of food item. Ingredients and craft items will be assigned
during reminder phone calls. Afterschool Storytime lasts approximately
45 minutes to an hour.

Afterschool Crafts
4th grade+
The Afterschool Crafts program is intended for students fourth
grade and above. Attendance is limited to 16 students per session.
The craft sessions are monthly at 4pm in the Breeden
Youth Activity Center. Students will be asked to bring
craft materials and/or food items. Ingredients and craft items will
be assigned during reminder phone calls. Afterschool Craft sessions
last approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

Family Storytimes
Family storytimes are designed for children and parents (parents must stay). Sessions last about 45 minutes to one hour.
